No he didn't. He limited his attempts to the slightly more legal and ethical methods.

You don't see a Jackson equivalent storming upstate Florida with 10,000 people in tow in order to right the wrongs of that 'confusing ballot'. 26,000 ballots were thrown out in a republican county, but nobody talks about it. Rightfully so, because neither ballot is a reason to complain, march and cry for a re-vote. The support the democratic party has led to this cause is pathetic.
