It appears that Bush would surround himself with other amatures, and maybe James Baker. Can you imagine Colin Powell ordering the bureacracy of the state department to do something and then expect that his orders be carried out as if they were soldiers. I'd love to see his face when he see's how well his experience matches the results. Cheney would get a stiff neck from constantly whispering in his ear.
