Tim Ted are you 100% that they were miscounted Tuesday evening and not miscounted on the recount? No, I am not....I wasn't there. However, I am 80% sure. Is the hand count going to be more accurate? Yes, it was set up with definite parameters for all to follow and there are millions of watchful eyes to insure that no one strays from those parameters. It would find ballots that were "clearly marked" but where not marked correctly. This makes it a judgement call and a person's judgement may be biased by which political party he supports. No, because the parameters and their limits were determined before the hand count began, and the count is being overseen by US Marshalls. ted
