I generally don't disagree with your post. However, the thought that this will be decided as a matter of constitutional law is folly. This is a matter of Florida state law and more importatnatly at this point, public opinion. I could be wrong but I think the constitutional suit was merely a diversionary tactic to divert attention from the arguably partisan decisions of the Florida secretary of state. Doesn't change the fact that I have still not heard anyone put forth a colorable constutional claim and it appears that one federal judge agrees with me.
