If there are PSIX shares in your account then yes. Law suits generally don't bring much cash to shareholders. Not only that but you'll wait a year or three till anything comes filtering down thru the fingers of the lawyers into shareholder hands. Actually you can expect next to nothing or nothing at all.

I just bought today for my IRA and my portfolio. I'll be digging in expecting a long wait. So be it. niv niv

I think it depends on when you got your PSIX shares. In my case I bought PSIX during the class action time frame. I'm not sure if I want to write any of the lawyers, I haven't as yet. I've lost big on other stocks over the past 4 years but have always on net come out big with other winners. This is my worst year of the past 4 and PSIX was my biggest mistake and it's not like I didn't have any warnings; I simply tried to catch a falling knife and missed (ouch !). I was attracted to their revs and looked no further. I regret not selling at $3ish the day after their earnings.
