Robert. The Dow, RUT and SPX seem to have found a base. But I'm not yet ready to trust it. However, at some point this week, a foundation should be in place for a climb into early January...? Utilities have held up well and should go higher. Weekly and Daily fork charts suggest this....! Today's reversal looks very positive...! Forget about the Nasdaq Big Boys and look for smaller and powerful sector moves within the Nasdaq for any strength. Chip
