A very under rated quality. While certainly there are things that I would want done, the world would probably be a better place if government officials did not feel they have to run around doing something. Tim, Governing is not this faucet that can be turned on and off at a whim. Bush wants to minimize federal involvement in our lives but the first thing he does is run to a federal judge. He has said over and over in his commercials that we are smart enough to handle our affairs but apparently he does not think we can handle the counting and recounting of votes. I am afraid his message is somewhat ambiguous and confusing, and maybe a little partronizing.....and I assume that Cheney concurs. ted
