Due to the uncertainty about the President, foreigners are selling and that is why the market is going down. Once we know who is going to occupy the white house, then the markets will go up. During the Asian crisis, Mr Rubin use to come and calm down the markets. Now his replacement does not even say any encouraging words to calm down the fears of this market.
