i hadn't heard...but it wouldn't surprise me at all. debt in the system is going to become a HUGE problem imo. we may even get to the point where a succession of first a liquidity trap, and then a private sector solvency crisis throw the entire fractional reserve banking system into doubt. that's of course only if the worst case scenario comes to pass, which is by no means a certainty.

Heard there was 'vendor equity' written off.... but I thought everyone said it didn't matter to economy as a whole, to little of it out there, so I don't know why all the fuss now.
