Haven't fooled with glw lately but I did short it a while back.

mindmeld referred to the small guy doing all this but I can tell you the little guy did not move the volume I saw when the naz hit 2850. that is big program trades hitting. I think it is niave to think the small investor can move the market that way.

Techplayer, have you noticed how easy it has been everytime this market hit a "BOTTOM" to see it in advance. :-)

Don't happen that way and none of those were REAL BOTTOMS...so far. I guess if Abby J. calls a bottom at every juncture she will eventually be right.

A bottom in a BEAR MARKET is when no one wants em anymore unless this is just a correction and so far it still smells bearish to me. It has just been too easy to know when to buy off the support levels. I am not naive enough to think that I am that good. I think it is just some more of the programming of the lemmings. :-)
