You SHOULD review the Laws then. Because the discussion of this Certification is not uniformly described between Sections 111 and 112. Furthermore it is fairly obvious that the Protest procedure in Section 166 has not been given enough time to complete as it has in the case before us now. Since there is this ambiguity, and it is not an absolute, and it vitiates the remedies provided in another Section, I think there are ample grounds to find that a delay in certification can be mandated.

Failing that Section 168 allows up to 10 days after the count is finalized in the County, possibly it may be applied to statewide results, for the election to be Contested. A judge may at that time order any remedy he deems necessary to right the cause of action.

As I said, this only is looking more complicated, and the Karen Hughes appeal to have the process short circuited by the hasty Certification of the Election Result by none other than one of GW's co-campaign managers for the state is looking quite un-Presidential and divisive.
