jp, Had him and response to him on ignore. I would log on and 100 messages, but 30 of them were on ingore. Porchers were posting to each other about his inability to get along. Keith may well be someone I would like to grab a beer and shoot the bull if he toned it down. When one make inflammatory remarks they are repeated whether on ignore or not. Sure he will be much happier without the pompous preaching porchers picking on him. D

Where does it stop? This thread is very tolerant. Please note that each person that was moderated from this thread has been persistent in violating community standards prior to being moderated off the thread. One of the few things that are not tolerated are personal attacks. Until these recent incidents, only one person was moderated. She was the reason we became moderated. FWIW, I believe she was also PM'ing Keith & pushing all the right buttons. She may have pushed him over the edge. If true, that is a real shame. In any event, I do not doubt she will use this incident to denigrate this thread on the old porch. Why should this community allow a select few to dominate with actions contrary to the standards of the community? We have lost a number of valuable contributors who grew tired of the crap that goes on. At some point, moderation is a necessity for the sake of the community IMVHO. It is a shame to have to moderate, but at what point does the community have their say? If you want to be in a cesspool, go to YAHOO. There are plenty of them over there. If you cannot adhere to the few community standards of the porch, then there should be consequences IMVHO. Ö¿Ö
