On the other hand, Bush comes across like the inexperienced little boy that he is...silly smirk, nervous laugh, wimpy presence on stage and off, lousy speaking skills, etc...so obvious why he himself had no intention of running for office: pure and simple, he is not qualified...how can America believe in a man that does not believe in himself?
