The Bush campaign asked for a manual count of "damaged" ballots in New Mexico. It overturned the results in that state. Where did you read that The Bush campaign or any Republican requested this recount? I'm quite sure that they did not. The reason for the recount was a software error, where no "subjective" interpretation by the recounter is required. ``Clearly it's a razor thin lead on either side, but a lot of questions have been raised in this process. It's not complete,'' she said.
