Murali, I can see why you are saying the state should be recounted, but a hand recount is a flawed process also; furthermore, when the media called Florida for Gore while the Panhandle of Florida was still voting(primarily Republican districts also), the damage was done to this election, and it should end. One will never know who would have won the most popular vote because of the medias interference, so I dont believe that ambiguity will ever be removed from this election. I think that this has hurt Gore tremendously in the past few days, and if he is elected will probably be a 1 term lame duck president. Bush will have to overcome a lot, but his is more conceivable than Gores. JMO....
