believe you can "time" the markets to some extent!

To some extent, there is always possibility. As you know, I thought the market would rally if Bush won, and indeed, the day b4 the election, the DOW did rally. In anticipation of a Bush win, drugs and tobacco stocks went up. Maybe, MSFT went up as well (gg), I never looked.

But when you have uncertainty at the very highest levels of government, when you have a government in transition, you should expect volatility in the stock markets, and you have done that very well (ggg)
