John,

Gores claim that the Florida decision to certify the election was partisan, with the implication that Jeb Bush was involved, was also a pretty strong.

The Secretary of State's personal association with the Bush family should be considered a conflict of interest. She should excuse herself from the process.

RE: "Florida decision to certify the election"

Hi John and Thread,
I'm just now catching up to the news. Did Florida do this? If so, how can they do this since (according to Valley Girl's post and the Florida statutes that Windsock posted) a manual count is required by Florida law in those counties whose election was "close." (I would think 300 votes is "close")

Regards,
Amy J
