I don't "claim" to not have a short, I state it as a fact. You infer that maybe I really do. That would be a lie, I do not lie.
I do not bash. I give facts and my opinion based on those facts. Because my opinion is negative you don't like it and throw a tamptrum and call names. Deal with it.

As for your many possibilities.
1. If I was gunshy I wouldn't be posting at all. Fact is i'm very well prepared for any company that want's to try any slapp crap with me, most are smart enough to read a chart and the WSJ and see the results.
2. There is practically zero risk in shorting SEVU over the long term. If one can handle the stock going to $20 then it's as safe as it gets. The idea of me luring other shorters into a trap is one of the more goofy thoughts ever to come out of that grey matter lacking space between your ears, but it does show the desperation you'll go to to avoid reality.
3. I do not have a Canadian naked shorting account so there is nothing to disclose. If I did I still wouldn't disclose it since that would be stupid, because crimmy types might try to do buy-ins. If I had a Canadian account(perfectly legal by the way) i'd be up quite a bit since this thing is down about 30% since I started posting last week.

4. He has a "borrowed short" position
Uhhh, wrong again loser.

5. Blah blah blah. I don't bash. I post facts, and draw logical conclusions. That's not bashing moron.

Serious covering will become neccesary on this under $1 and even then only when it morphs into something else and starts to rise, or after it's delisted and relists ala ECNC. Until then only a fool would cover. Of course shorts covering is your only hope since no one else will be buying your restricted shares.
