You don't know the facts..............most of the GOP counties have nonpunch balloting. You don't need to handcount these areas. That's why the Bush camp didn't pursue that avenue!

"A full hand recount in Florida would be great for Bush!" IMO, this would be great for everyone - it would end the bickering once and for all all let us all know who won fair & square - I am all for this!
