What good job? The tax 93 tax increase? The wrecking of the military? The 94 health plan? The replacement of a right leaning dictator in Haiti by a left leaning dictator? By building up Yasser Arafat as a reputable leader? The military operation in Somalia? His proactive handling of the energy shortage by not acting when oil went to $10 and small oil wells all over the US shut down? He had to be forced to sign the welfare reform act kicking and screaming after several vetos. Similarly, he thought tooth and nail against balancing the budget and now has the mendacity to take credit for it. Looking at his managerial performance, we have for the JD and FBI, Waco and Ruby Ridge; for the Energy Dept the fires at Los Alamos, the loss of nuclear weapons secrets; the Education Dept cannot find $5B. He makes Jimmy Carter look good.
