sorry for serving as catalyst for a purge
the Monday Porch Massacre
I used to be a nasty SOB occasionally at Staples and Digital
I saved the constructive nastyness for staff meetings
some sharp focused bold criticism marked those meetings
often directed at inept manager who hurt people or procedures
each brought about change
each resulted in pats on my back afterwards
sometimes people asked me to act upon their agendas since I could pull it off
I didnt comply unless I shared the agenda

MY MOTIVE IS BASED UPON PROTECTING THE LARGER SYSTEM

this Porch can be a highly valuable mechanism for us investors
it can also get cluttered with immaturity and destructive influence

funny to be coming from me, a crazy jackass
I am so outofline often that I cannot find the line
I dont give a crapp about decorum, correctness, or propriety
people tell me they couldnt get away with saying what I say
that takes months of conditioning of the audience
something I work hard on

dont you guys worry about lil ole me
Keith gave me a kick in the nuts, made me think
but my nuts have coarse leathery outer shells
I aint that fragile really

Keith and I just exchanged a constructive message to each other

I much prefer Moderated Threads
the unmoderated type suffer cycles of de-evolution
they become dominated by the petty, accusatory, loud, and immature
moderation allows pruning, thus avoids "devo factor"
this is a very real phenomenon
I have seen it with corporate departments, church groups, etc

we move on
/ Jim Willie (still a bonafide jackass)
