I've been a BEAS supporter since Oct. 98. Has been a great run and I agree with your previous assessments that BEAS can become the gorilla in the App server space.

Their numbers look great and Def. rev almost doubled. Am on the conf. call now and they are increasing guidance in sales, earnings and future visibility.

With P/S multiples coming down what type of price guidance do you have?
