From the 10Q 9. Executive Compensation For both the three and nine months ended September 30, 2000 we incurred executive incentive compensation expense of $2,300,000 and $4,600,000, respectively. For both the three and nine months ended September 30, 1999, we incurred executive incentive compensation expense of $780,844 and $1,561,688. This expense is related to an executive incentive compensation provision which is based on changes in the market value of our common stock and is paid in unregistered securities. The future compensation to be recognized is contingent on continued employment of the executive and subject to forfeiture. While the shareholders have taken a royal A$$ kicking, it seems the executives are doing quite well. I'm sure they have no shame.
