He said "waisted", not "wasted" .... In Wisconsin, that refers to a time when you eat too much animal fat, feel heavier than the pile of bricks in Al Gore's head, and your team still loses. It's one of the reasons why few people in Wisconsin remember what their toes look like.

After many cocktails this evening I have decided if I see that grinning yahoo in DC making me all warm and fuzzy about the process being important and not his winning or losing, I'm going to blow chow!
