Barr:

First, what do you do, hang around this board like a dog to a tree? I'm not here 10 minutes, and you're already barking back at me. Do you have a life outside your PC?

Second, this will be my last post to you as it is increasingly evident you don't wish to read and comprehend my arguments. Instead, you choose to focus only upon what you say. FOR THE RECORD, my comments were NOT LIMITED to today's proceeding in Federal district court. REPEAT: my comments were NOT LIMITED to today's proceeding in Federal district court.

For some reason you don't get this. For obvious reasons you continue to focus on this small & soon to be irrelevant victory for the Democratic campaign. Get over it. For me even to address the issues before the court today is moot. You know that. I'll concede you whatever you want on today's hearing if that'll you make you feel better.

Focus on the word "concede" because its word that Al Gore hasn't lived up to yet, but just wait you see it from him sooner or layer. Perhaps then you'll quit barking.

This conversation is over.

If Bush has no claim to the 14th Amendment, does Gore? If this is purely a matter of state law, should the state election law control?
