Dave, I'm glad you are showing some common sense:

"Have to agree with jt on one thing. The Hango PC add-ons
may not fly big time"

The proposition is absolutely preposterous.

Why on earth would somebody pay $400 for an add-on music player for a home PC, which are probably averaging $600 right now? You nearly double the cost of the PC, and for what? A music player? A music player with a hard disk?

Trying to sell a music player with a hard disk to a PC owner is like trying to sell iceboxes to Eskimos. They've already got a large hard disk (and can get a PC with really humongous one for maybe $50-$100 more) and they already have a sound card - which probably added $25 to the cost of the PC.

Why does anybody need this box, when their PC will ALREADY do what it does?

The juke-boxes make sense for the truely music-addicted - as a portable, as an in-dash car unit, or as a home audio component.

But for a PC?

The only people who think it makes sense on a PC are EDIG investors desparate for fantasy numbers to justify the outrageous market capitalization of the stock.
