Manual count incredibly unfair, unless the 25000 rejected votes in predominantly Bush-Duval county are counted also...the whole state for that matter

No one has twice lost the vote in Florida. It is still only one vote and the count is not yet certified as final. So your claim is absurd.

Saying Bush won once, twice or thrice is just not true.

No one has yet won there, except the American People who have been privy to watching an exercise in Democracy.
