I doubt it too. I think a lawsuit asking for manual counting extensions would apply to all counties (since it is a State court). That would be the logical thing to do, but then, who said the law is logical. I certainly hope each County doesn't have to file a lawsuit to request a manual count extension for both Bush and Gore.
