Scumbria, News. AP is reporting that Broward County has decided AGAINST doing a full manual recount because there was virtually no change in the 3-4 precincts that they did recount manually. Bery Bery bad news for Algore.

Why do the Dems want it counted, and the Republicans don't? Where did you see that Dems wanted a recount in Duval county? Are you sure it just wasn't some Gore spokesman saying something like "we would have asked for a recount there also if we had known about the high number of incorrectly punched ballots; to bad the deadline for such a request has past." In Duval County, a heavily Republican area of the state, election officials said Saturday that about 26,000 votes were disqualified and never counted when voters punched more than one candidate on their ballot or failed to vote for president. Bush carried Duval County by more than 44,000 votes out of 291,626 votes cast. So far, no recount request is pending. msnbc.com Novemeber 12.
