Skeeter, >the republicans would be doing the same thing if they were down, imho.<< You may be right. But this election is still up in the air. So the Republicans have as much of a reason to spin and/or lie right now as the Democrats. I've seen a more than a few Republican spins and actions that are in their own self-interest. But I don't think we need a recount to determine who is winning right now in the spin and lie department. At least that's the way I see it. I'd like to see this resolved in the fairest way possible. Not in the court of public opinion that was formed on misinformation. And my dislike of Gore (not my liking Bush) is getting me a tad upset (BG). Wayne
