So we get a lower low on the Naz but a higher VIX. That just doesn't signal capitulation to me. I view that as a significant divergence. People are significantly more complacent now than during the spring.

As I have pointed out all along the LONG TERM Naz trendline is around 2500. That also happens to be the next support on a PnF chart now that we have taken out the spread bottom. IMO it all points to 2500.
