Scumbria, Clinton's record on foreign policy has been quite impressive. Why don't you list some accomplishments and contrast them with the previous presidents. Probably the most amazing thing about Clinton is that he seems to have no fear. I've have seen him several times walk into the midst of large unsecured crowds, and clearly drive the Secret Service out of their minds. Gee, you find a virtue even in something most people would consider reckless. Recklessness is one thing that Clinton may be remembered for. Joe
