No. I didn't say any such thing.

First of all, I wouldn't give 1MM to each of 100 people (in the scenario you suggest).

I'm just saying that if it takes someone years to analyze a market opportunity (which is what you were suggesting), they're probably too slow (at least for US high-tech). You were suggesting several years worth of analysis on business opportunities and that may have been the way business was done before I was born, but not today (at least not in the USA in high-tech).

Any analysis that takes several years could suffer from analysis paralysis or possibly a loss in market opportunity because someone else could get there faster.
