That says 'during my service in the united states congress i took the initiative in creating the internet' ... and he did, he did take the initiative and was definitely part of its creation ... those words cannot reasonably be taken to be a claim to inventing it all on his lonesome ... i refer you to the post to which you are responding. Grinding on about this is even more stupid than going on and on about ancient drunk driving charges and blow jobs, etc ... there's no basis to this one ... surely there are more important issues.
