Its the unfounded touting of worthless junk which may now have the interest of the SEC,, who do you think ends up buying this crap.."the greater fool theory " has burned millions and cost us trillions... Dont think Tracy is the only one who gets the magnifying glass...I havebeen harping on...GSCO and the Big guys on WallStreeet for two years on SI..and they have cost the public with theirt incessant buy recs..ill timed downgrades and whore like cavaliering for many years.. IPET, ETYS, STMP, KOOP, GSTRF, and hundreds of others.....There is little difference... Its a sesspool out there, and...if you tout,,,expect me to say something.. Someone has to..and if nobody likes my role...thats too bad..but..maybe I can help someone avoid getting taken ..like the many people that avoided ECNC or sold it before it was halted ..and is now a drillbit
