I will agree with that. That suit may be problematical for Gore. However, if it turns on but a handful of votes, a margin as razor thin as New Mexico for instance, then it may yet mean the difference.

Wow. I don't know much about what has been going on in Broward County, but based on what I do know, that seems legally and politically dubious.
