absolutely not. In counties when a candidate loses by 50,000 votes a recount is not going to solve the problem.
Its like poker you keep the best part of your hand and discard the rest.

Getting a statewide recount would be far more difficult than individual county recount. All these high powered lawyers from the Democrats and Republicans would much rather intimidate local county officials than take on some better paid state officials.

Not only that, suppose they (the Dems) tried for a statewide recount and failed on the first try. That would put them in a hole Daniel Webster could not dig out of.
