Here ya go Greg:

groove.net

or

www.groovenetworks.com/

But the first seemed to work fine. You're always ahead of the trend--the groove I mean--now I gotta read about it--after I get done reading the onslaught of articles as homework for Teresa Lo's class this week

G'night all--

IMHO, jazz is not dead, lots of new musicians carrying on the tradition,
Diana Krall, KEB'MO' etc.Only the audience has changed.
Look, Rockabilly is alive with Eric Heatherly, he is like the reincarnation of Carl Perkins.
No rap in my house. :-]

I think there's excellent contemporary jazz out there, and some excellent contemporary jazz artists. Norman Brown, Rick Braun, Boney James, Fourplay, Keiko Matsui, to name just a few. Yes, Jazz has evolved, but still an art form, unlike rap.

Greg, in the 1970's I said it could never get worse than Disco. Well I was wrong. It got much worse-Rap and Seattle Grunge. I totally agree.

Your comments about peer to peer eliminating the server are very interesting. You said think long and hard-that's hard for me to do. Anyway, are you saying this could affect companies like SUNW or CSCO?

TIA,
Pinhi
