Doing a little testing here folks<g>. LG gave me some ideas on how to post a chart at homestead -- so this is my first test.

If it comes out -- it's the daily naz with swinglines and swingline channels. The trend is positive when a previous peak is surpassed and changes to negative when a previous valley is surpassed. You should be able to see this when the swingline changes color. Blue is positive and black is negative.

I use weekly charts for true trend and on that chart the Naz has been in a negative trend for some time.

The daily did a head fake on 10/19/00 but then gave a lower peak, which usually depicts weakness. Since the weekly swinglines only got worse I didn't buy the daily positive trend anyway.

Let me know if you want to see other swingline indexes.

Btw, I've had a few pm's asking why I no longer post P&F charts. Well -- I don't do much P&F charting anymore. I've been experimenting now for some time with a number of different types of swingline charts and they provide me with much better end of day info, yet have many of the positive traits I liked in P&F charts.

Take care,

Eric
