high probability that qcom won't enter the proverbial barrel again.....if you take away the q4 99 parabolic effect, you can make a case for a beginning of a strong uptrend....

notice yesterdays action and the inherent strength in the value techs. watch for those with incremental gains, which is much better then rapid up and down movement.

now is the time to start considering positions in quality techs......not saying we are at the bottom, as emotions still will control short term price action....
