Yes, it has been mentioned that this is winding down. I think that they should certify tomorrow, assuming that the courts do not interfere, and get it over with......

It is so ironic that it has become laughable how America which sends officials to third world countries in Africa to oversee the fairness of the democratic process is unable to tally the votes in its own elections.

Where was President Carter when we needed him???
