note: a major stock market support operation has begun, with GS wheeling out Harpo after preparing the futures markets with an overnight spurt and letting her state for the umpteenth time how "undervalued" equities are here (ROFLMAO!!!!). furthermore, GS has upgraded ORCL, to give Harpo's call a bit of additional oomph.
with the Fed moving to a neutral bias tomorrow, we're probably in for a pretty decent bear market rally...until the next cycle turns appear on the horizon (Nov. 27 and Dec. 15).
until then it looks best to either get out of the way, or long...
even the Saudis were enlisted...they stated overnight they would lift oil production unilaterally. that won't help in practical terms, but it adds a bit of that warm fuzzy feeling background the bulls need to bid their favorite outrageously overpriced stocks higher.
