OT

Hmmm.......The League for Women voters; the league for gay/lesbian voters; the NAACP; the Welfare Recipients Action Committee; The Keep Christmas out of Xmas committee , and on and on...

What do you suppose would happen if we started a new PAC and called it:

The Average American Man who likes Women with Big Breasts Committee

The point was made (and again indirectly aimed towards Hillary) that without the Electoral College an effort could be made to secure votes in high population areas like the coasts and pander to those select groups.

That is precisely what was contemplated when the Electorial College was devised. I'd bet it had it's genesis as folks moved west to develop "the new frontier". They could retain some semblance of representation.

It is my belief that if the Electorial College were abolished it would set off a panderfest of monumental proportion, and why not? Simply target the greatest blocks of voters, identify the specific goodie most likely to to garner that groups vote and !Viola! You're in power!!!

Anyone who has more than anyone else, regardless of how they got it will be in the crosshairs. It's ironic that in the same generation in which we saw the demise of the communist/socialist theory we see it's resurgence here at home.

re:"Of course I plan to sell my soul to the Devil in exchange for her loss so there is no real need to worry at this point." The problem is that I think the devil has a little higher pricetag on a Hillary loss than your one soul..
It is a nice and selfless gesture you make though..
Cheers,
