That was his choice. But hey I say let him count those counties too, even though that is apparently against Florida State Law and despite that he supposedly didn't request those in a timely fashion to begin with as part of a purposeful public presentation pretending that they wouldn't do that kind of thing. Ultimately the will of the people should decide, not the courts, but it seems that Bush and his Florida machine would stand in the way of that because of the current lead that they hold.
