Sorry Dave got a little carried away past my bedtime.

I sincerely apologize.

However, I do have a couple of questions regarding what I feel are intimidation tactics.

You say that the intent was never to get an unfair recount of the vote:

1) If so why are they 'PRE-EMPTIVELY' suing in Brower county when they do not expect a statistical change in votes-->They are fishing for votes. Corrolary==>Which count matters? Will they take an average of their erroneous data?

2) Why did they sue in a couple of counties and not in state court? Answer=>Because they were able to ramrod hand counts through a couple of democratic counties and use this as a precipice to skew the vote totals. Not one of them has mentioned that these vote totals are much less significant when you recount the republican districts that also had ballots thrown out. Mathematically this can be determined and should be used as grounds to stop this nonsense. The ballot in Palm Beach County HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RECOUNT.

Other things that burn me up:

3) What is the margin of error in a hand count?

4) How many times do you need to do a hand count to determine a statistically significant winner?

They are wasting the time of ever person in FL doing a hand recount and making a mockery of the electoral process. Initiating this in every county is going to create wholesale confusion and open the door for more of this press induced mayhem.

I've thought about this long and hard. I'm now only in favor of running these votes through machines enough times that the precision of the number is regarded as statistically significant and unbiased. Accurate via 'intent' or not. Why? If indeed their are HANGING CHADS as the HAND COUNT MORONS call them, after running them through the machines enough times they will fall off. Also the trend, which is now in favor of Gore, supports this conclusion.

If you can't vote a ballot card then, sue because your handicapped.
