Triple Five Financial LLC confirmed that they have withdrawn their lawsuit and have reached a full and final settlement with the Company. As part of this settlement, an affiliate of Triple Five Financial LLC has agreed to invest $500,000 of their loan into equity financing in Paradigm. Triple Five Financial LLC has expressed its willingness to work closely with Paradigm to help grow its businesses.
