DD, with the Chevron deal, TX is a good defensive play in this bear market. I don't think oil stocks are fully valued at $25 a barrel oil much less at over $30 a barrel.
Have a limit order in for SDS (Sungard).
Toying with idea of buying some QQQ at these prices but NASDAQ still looks iffy.
Thought the NG plays would firm up more by now especially with that recent $6.00 price.
RTK went weaker than I expected. But then I wasn't expecting the presidential race to turn into a circus. Watched the Florida Supreme Court for a few minutes today. Looks like the presidential mess is likely to drag on. For lack of voting machines, the race went on and on. We could wind up with Flordia not having any certified electors to vote on Dec. 18th in the electoral college. Then neither candidate wins in the electoral college and the circus goes to the House. Regardless of the final outcome this is doing a lot of damage.
