(ot) 5:00pm deadline ruling unlikely for Bush
The Washington Post reporter Peter Slevin is saying in today's front page article that state judge Terry Lewis has already given strong hints that he will support an injunction against the 5 pm deadline.
Interesting that the press.lawyers etc. will have to vacate Tallahassee this weekend as the football fans roll in for the big game Sat. nite.

Attorney General says Secretary of Elections requirements are erroneous. PB going to court to find out who to believe

Democrats going to court so they can count demples in the cars as votes.

Rep....staying out of court and waiting for 5 PM.

BTW: State officers stated that they believe that the Secretary of Elections has authority over Attorney General when it comes to elections.
