I am going with the scenario that I laid out yesterday. We need some rally action into Friday as the max pain points are way out of wack in favor of the puts. Overall trend is still down so I will be flat by Friday and I don't think the lawyers or election are really to blame. We have to perhaps admit that we are in a bear market. Jeff
