That's the Problem with this country. We don't allow the FED and STATE workers enough time out of Every hour to daytrade their stocks! Every FED and state worker should be allowed 20 minutes out of every hour on Company time to Actively BUY and sell marketable securities! It's good for the economy. It's good for the Tax Base! It makes them more productive in the other two thirds of every hour! It's a WIN WIN situation! Not only that but they Deserve it! AFter all it gets kind of lonely sitting on your butt all day . I think they could even offer TRADING terminals inside those CALTRANS orange Trucks! Kind of A Charles SChwab Trading terminal or something! God Bless AMERICA!
